Corfu must mean beaches and more beaches, plus sunny cafes and lazy days with an iced coffee in hand, or perhaps a charming restaurant terrace underneath the stars after a day of shopping. It is all here in the city of Corfu and for that matter all over the island with its 300 kilometers of exquisite coastline. But stop for a moment. Is it really what you want to do for your entire two weeks of vacation? Yikes no. We are here to discover the history of this island, the hospitality of the local farmers, travel the ancient donkey paths and find that secluded beach where few others have ventured.
